Sponsorship Opportunities and Registration
Sponsorship levels of $250 up to $5,000 are available. This year, we are introducing a new DIAMOND Level (please see description below). Depending on the level of sponsorship chosen, ONE up to EIGHT golfers may golf, at cost. If you have golfers participating under your sponsorship, each golfer will enjoy 18-holes of golf, a golf cart, delicious dinner, Tee-gift bag, golf prizes, and have opportunities to purchase 50/50 raffle tickets and bundle raffle tickets (new this year) for some very exceptional items.
Your NAME/COMPANY will be included in ADVERTISING and SIGNAGE for this event:
A SIGN DISPLAYING YOUR NAME and SPONSORSHIP LEVEL will be placed on the golf course the day of the tournament
A presence on our Sacred Heart Church website and social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram).
Sponsoring at the level of $1,000-$5,000 will secure you a place in our advertisement section of the church bulletin, once per month, for a period of one year. Your business information would be visible to 350+ families in our parish.
Receive a CHARITABLE TAX RECEIPT for your Sponsorship. The amount of your tax receipt will depend on how many golfers play under your sponsorship. To determine your receipt amount, use the following calculation:
If you have any corporate promotional items, we would be happy to include them in each Tee-gift bag that we hand out to the golfers in our tournament*.
